    All bookings are FINAL SALE. However, appointments may be rescheduled or transferred to another party with 48 hours’ notice. Once your booking is confirmed, the exact location will be shared via email for privacy and security purposes.
    After full payment is received, you’ll be contacted within 48 hours to schedule and confirm your appointment time. For any questions, contact Whitney at whitney@hergrowinghands.com or via phone/text at 214-795-3200.
  • Appointment Confirmation:
    Upon receiving payment, you will get a confirmation email, followed by a second confirmation with your exact appointment time. If a signature HGH silk press isn’t suitable due to your hair’s current condition, appropriate treatments and solutions will be offered upon consultation.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment will receive 50% refunded and 50% credited toward future services.
    • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be credited exculsively for future services in either our Dallas or Los Angeles studios.
    • Credits must be redeemed within 12 months from the original appointment date.

    Refund Policy:

    • For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be refunded to your original payment method, with the remaining 50% credited for future services.
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
